Troubleshooting failures of this chip, we wanted to determine what the failure modes would be, but without a schematic (do have the block diagram) we couldn't get any further. Considering doing an FA if that FA would be able to distinguish voltage vs temp failure. Would like to have a quick chat with tech support if possible.
