Sorry to bother you.

As title, we survey USB2.0 OTG on Type C connector

We need Type C function is support positive and negative interpolation / under 15w/ DRP

We saw TUSB320 but not sure it's suitable solution?

If not, could you help provide your experience for us?

Hello,

The TUSB320 was designed for USB2 over Type-C, so yes, it is the right option. It has an ID output that could be directly connected to the ID pin on the USB PHY and let the USB controller that it is acting as a Host. I recommend using the latest version of the device which is the TUSB320HAI or the TUSB320LAI (the only difference between both versions is the enable pin logic).
