Actually this link is located at the device web page www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

Where did you get your link? i just asking in order to fix it.

Your driver link works well for me, I can download now.

For the issue, the situation as below:

1. I have tried to get the driver from this device web page http://www.ti.com/product/TUSB3410/toolssoftware ,(you mentioned)

2. then go to the TUSB3410UARTPDK Evaluation Module Link (then you will go to page http://www.ti.com/tool/tusb3410uartpdk )

3. In the page, find the link TUSBWINVCP Tool Folder , you will find the error message, which officially should be the download page.
