I need a 1:2 I2C multiplexer. While the TS3USB30/E datasheet doesn't specifically advertise this part for an I2C mux application, I don't see a reason why you couldn't use it that way. I intend to have pull up resistors on each side of the link and operate all I2C buses at 3.3V. MUX operation would be controlled via a spare GPIO.
Would you please confirm device operation in this application? Are there any caveats I should be aware of?
