SN65LVCP114: Trouble passing 12G SDI

We are working on a design that currently includes the TI SN65LVCP114 2x1 mux / 1x2 demux chip.  Our application is for SMPTE SDI video at bit rates from 270 Mb/s up to 12 Gb/s and we only use the 2x1 mux portion of the chip.  In general, this device serves as a 2x1 switch to select between two larger switching devices.

We have been able to pass 6G SDI through our signal chain but are having problems passing 12G.  The part appears to be geared toward 10G Ethernet type applications and datasheet does not give any guidance on usage for SDI applications, or for AC vs. DC coupling of inputs and outputs.  Can you put us in contact with someone who can provide technical support for this device?
