Hi Alex,
I apologize for long delay to respond to this post.
You said TX card fails to register as existant, i suppose you are saying the transmitter device attached to DrivecableTx does not see the 100 ohm termination? Is my understanding correct ?
If my understanding is correct, please make sure R5, C2, and C3 are installed. These three passive part provide 100 ohm termination. Do you have R37 and R38 installed?

Hello Nasser
Yes that is correct.
I checked R5, C2 & C3 and the pads look to be filled. I have a hard time seeing if there is anything installed in R37 & R38. As far as I can tell the pads are filled.
Regards
Alex
Hi Alex,
Do you have a voltmeter? You can put your voltmeter across R5 and you should get 100 ohm.
If you don't have a voltmeter please send us a close-up picture of this area of the board and we can check.
Please let us know.

Hello Nasser
I sent back the boards to the vendor under RMA. They decided that since the boards were DOA and I had already replaced them that this was the better solution.
Thank You for your help!
Regards
Alex
