Hello,

One of my customer request the *.stp file for TCAN1042DRQ1.

When making PCB library, they want to check interference with 3D data.

I cannot find stp file from TI webpage, so please share the file.

Unfortunately, I do not think we have such a file available. Would it be possible to use the height information in the device's mechanical drawings at the end of the datasheet for your analysis?

thanks for your quick answer.

For whom read this thread, I found the CAD file on the Quality and Packaging tab of the product folder contains a 3d model.
You may need to install the Ultra Librarian Software to access it, instructions on that are also on the Quality and Packaging tab.
