Hello,

Regarding to the polarity on TPD1E10B06, my customer is asking a question.

According to datasheet, each pin connection are described the following.

Pin 1: Signal side、 Pin 2: GND

But I understand that TVS diode for bipolar or bidirectional signal support.

So, it is available about reverse pin connection. (Pin 1 <-> Pin 2)

My understand is correct?

I’m asking just in case.

Yes being bidirectional the device will clamp both negative and positive voltages to the same point so it is reversible.

Hello all for the part TPD1E05U06DPYT , can anyone help me with the breakdown voltage & IBV of both the diodes shown in the datasheet block diagram one for the zener & the other for the normal diode

I'm not sure exactly which diodes you're talking about in your question - can you be more specific? For the TPD1E05U06 the breakdown voltage is around 7V as listed in the datasheet.
