Hello Team,

You know our part HD3SS3415 has some NC pins, such as pin 21, 25, 31, 35, 39. Can you connect these pins to VDD or GND? Because of some reasons, my customer connect these pins to VDD or GND. Please help to check it, thanks

Hi NanFang,

This datasheet mentions pins 21, 25, 31, 35, and 39 are electrically not connected, this means they are no connected to internal pads.
You cna connect these pins to Vcc or GND.
