TCA9517: TCA9517DR : Tc information

Hello Pao,

Tj and Tc are what are calculated from the thermal resistances, the ambient air, and the power dissipated in the part.  We specify the max operating free air temp and assuming the is little power dissipated the max junction temperature should be within a few degrees of that.  This doesn't take into account that there could be external components heating up the board and affecting the max junction temperature of the device.
