USB Type C and QC 3.0 Adapter Testing

Hi,

I am working on a USB type C and QC adapter testing module.I need to design an LED circuit which contains two LEDs Red and Green.

When the testing is going on the Green LED should be blinking continuously and when the test is finished it should be stable and ON.

If the test is failed Red led Should turn on. My board contains a 32bit micro controller and USB PD switch.

Can anyone please tell me how to design the LED circuit section which meet the above requirements.
