SN65DSI86: CAD library for this chip

Hello sir, 

I want to design a PCB for my project, which can convert MIPI DSI video into eDP, for that, i am using TI's SN65DSI86 chip. 

I am using EAGLE CAD tool for schematic design, but i didn't find this chip in elements/ library of TI. 

I already add the library of TI's IC. 
How i can do this ? 

I am little bit new in TI's chip.
