Our customer are using DS90CR215MTD/NOPB, he want to know the following information for the DS90CR215MTD/NOPB. But I con't find this information in datasheet. Can you please provide these information?Thank you.

1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)

2. Typical Power dissipation (Pd typ)

3. Maximum Power dissipation (Pd max)

4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA

5. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)

2. Typical Power dissipation (Pd typ) = 139mW

3. Maximum Power dissipation (Pd max) = 198mW

4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA) = 63 C/W

5. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB) = 30.4 C/W

6. Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC, top) = 19.3 C/W
