DP83848K: Source code in C and VHDL - Use with xilinx FPGA

Hi, we have a board equipped with an FPGA XILINX SPARTAN3E XC3S1200E, in which is implemented a microblaze core. We added a DP83848K on this board and connected it to the FPGA. We are looking for C and VHDL source codes designed to drive the DP83848K, which can be implemented in the FPGA XC3S1200E using the XILINX ISE development environment. Can anyone provide us with these source codes, or an internet link where to find them?
