TUSB1105: TUSB1105 Timing test load

Part Number: TUSB1105

Hi,

I'm looking for some clarification with regard the TUSB1105 device timing test-load
Looking at the timing test-load given in Figure 7 of the datasheet - it doesn't appear to be the same as the USB specification test load.

From TI datasheet:

From USB 2.0 spec:

So for example, comparing the USB specification version has no 1.5K pullup resistor nor a 15K pulldown resistor. The test-point in the spec is to the right if the series resistor, but to the left of the resistor in the datasheet.

Can anyone suggest why the test-loads would be different?

Based on the datasheet testload can we be sure that the device will be compliant to the USB spec?

Thanks.
