Please help to confirm, if 949 paired with 940, or 947 paired with 948, could they use SPI communication?

And what is the maximum forward write data rate if the PCLK is 70MHz?

Yes, the can support the SPI communication. You can refer to the on-line video training.ti.com/infotainment-ivi-back-channel-basics to get SPI operation, and the SPI clock rate for diff. back-channel rate setting and SPI working mode setting. thanks.
