TPS2001D: TPS2001CDGKR (C version)" vs " TPS2001DDGKR (D version)"

Part Number: TPS2001D

Hi Team,

Our customer decided to replace from " TPS2001CDGKR (C version)" to " TPS2001DDGKR (D version)".

Therefore, they would like to know about differences between each devices.

I compared the electrical characteristic of each device.

As a result, I found a different spec but I understand that don't have a big impact.

Could you please let us know if there is other differences spec?

Hi Kanemaru,
Thanks for the quesiton.
Bascially, TPS2001DDGK and TPS2001CDGK spec should be the same.
While TPS2001DDBV Ron is 66mohm, we will confirm internally and update soon.
