DS90LV028A: About Ioh spec

Part Number: DS90LV028A

Hi,

Let me discuss about DS90LV028A IOH spec.
Customer want to know the DS90LV028A drive capability for other devices to be connected.
Could you tell me IOH(max) current?

Best Regards,
Yusuke/Japan Disty
  • Hi Yusuke-san,

We did not take the Ioh(max) data. We can take the data, but it will be a couple weeks before we have it. Your customer may also order samples to test as well.

We don't characterize I-V curves beyond this so we can't really give you a good indication of what voltage levels go with what current ratings. Also, there is a degradation in the lifetime of the part at higher currents.

    Regards,
    Dennis

  • Dennis-san,

Thank you for your response and support.
I understood the situation without Ioh(max) data.
Let me ask you one more thing.
When Voh = High, Can Ioh secure about 15 mA?
The load side device needs 15mA.

Could you give me your advice?

    Best Regards,
    Yusuke/Japan Disty
  • Yusuke-san,

Based on the IBIS model of this device, the typical VOH = 2.65V with IOH = 15mA
