Hi I need thermal data for the DS125DF410 my customer is asking for.

3. Do you have Delphi thermal models available for DS125DF410 ?

Could you also provide RθJC(top) Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance

And / Or

RθJC(bot) Junction-to-case (bottom) thermal resistance

Hi Par,

Yes, we have this information available for the DS125DF410. This thermal data is also applicable to the DS100DF410 and DS110DF410, since they use the same package.

I note that the R_theta_JA above is different than the datasheet value. Note that the table above was modeled in 2015, whereas the R_theta_JA in the datasheet is from an earlier date. We intend to update the datasheet with the values shown in the table above in the next datasheet revision.

Hi Par,

When this request was generated, we did not have a Delphi compact model generated. I will put in a request for this today, but please note that it will take some time. Will your customer be okay waiting about two weeks? Support may be challenging next week, as it will be the week of Thanksgiving in the US.
