It's planned to be produced version with higher wetting current?
At least 20 mA as provided from some NXP devices MC33978 for example.

Hello Vladimir,

This is currently not in the plan today. If you use the continuous mode of the TIC12400-Q1 and connect two inputs together you can get up to 30 mA of current.
