Hello,

This date code corresponds to December 2013. You can see this by the first two digits of the top line. The first digit of the code represents the last digit of the year, and the second digit of the code corresponds to the month. January through September are numbered 1 through 9, and A is used for October, B for November, and C for December. Please let me know if you have any other questions on this.
