Dear Team,
our customer is using TLK110PT in several designs. During tests in climate chamber they noticed on half of samples that IC does not configure properly at temperatures above 70°C. They do not get response, not even a ping.
If they do start up below 70°C, IC works up to 85°C with no problem.
They use exactly the same design as in other designs. Of course board is different, they may get some leakage currents, etc on some pins on that temperature.
Can that problem be eliminated?
