Why TI's ESD protection products realized at very low capacitance?

Hello,
The reason that our products have low capacitance is to make sure the the signal integrity is kept. We are coming out with a blog about capacitance in a few weeks.
We have a proprietary technology that allows us to get low cap with high performance.

Masa-San,
Maybe I'm confused about your question.
TI's ULC2.0 process is proprietary so I cannot explain all of the design. Why does the customer need to know how we do it if we guarantee our performance according to our datasheet? Is there another question?
