Our ctm uses SN65LVDS1DBVT and SN65LVDT2DBVR in pair. Normaly the D input is high status when there is no input. But sometimes we find there would be Low status at D after power on; and then it can't work.

If there is no input on D then the expected behavior should be a low status on D, since the SN65LVDS1's input stage has an internal pulldown to ground. If there's no input on the driver, then the driver provides a low-level signal to the rest of the driver circuitry, resulting in a low-level signal at the driver output pins.
What does the customer have connected to the input?
