DS90LV027A: Input Hysteresis

Does the DS90LV027A have any input hysteresis? My customer's application requires it, but looking at the electrical specs this device does not seem to have it. Can you please confirm/recommend any alternatives, if available? They would need -40C to 125C temp range.

    Hello Antonio,

    I just want to confirm that you are asking about the hysteresis on the TTL input. Assuming that is the case, DS90LV027A does not have hysteresis on its TTL input. One option is to use a Schmidt Trigger buffer (such as SN74LVC1G17 or others) in front of DS90LV027A.
