Our product has USB2.0 and SATA2.0 interface, the relevant interface signal template (interface eye diagram) has not been tested, Can you provide both TUSB9261/TUSB4020 test methods and driver setup instructions for me? I cannot find in the TI Web，tks！

USB2.0 is extended through TUSB4020BIPHP.
SATA 2.0 is output from TUSB9261

Hi Darren,

Please reference the relevant USB electrical test tools and documentation for your test equipment available through the USB-IF (usb.org). All USB devices, hubs and hosts support special USB commands that allow them to generate test packets. TI does not provide any special drivers or set-up.
