Our customer use the SN65C1168E.

The customer don't use the DE function.

Is it possible to connect the DE terminal to VCC directly?

Hello Aoyama-san,

Yes, it is OK to short the DE pin to VCC in order to keep the driver always enabled. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
