TPS2552: On the operation of Vfaultpin

From the deglitch time(~7.5ms), it looks like the part triggered OC fault condition. However, the Vout is keeping at 5V, seems no OC condition happened. So it's pretty wired. There might be some problems with this part. Two questions for you:

1. What is your test condition on EVM? Load=? Any reverse voltage?
2. Only this part has this problem or several parts have this problem?

It's pretty wired and we didn't have this case before. Two questions about this:

1.Where did you get the part, it's purchased from TI or other way?

2.  Are you sure the part number is TPS2552 not TPS2552-1?

To solve the problem, I suggest you:

1.Ship one or two part  to our site, so we can debug it in our lab.

2.We have released a new part TPS25221, it's a cost down version of TPS2552/3. The EN is active high. I don't know what's your product period, so do you consider to replace the part?

So what's your idea about my suggestion? If you think it's okay, I will send shipping address to you.

1 We are purchasing devices from your company (Japan).
2 the part number is TPS 2552 DBVR.

Although we are currently using TPS2552DBVR for mass production, we may also consider family devices in the future.

Which is the destination of the device?
