Customer is having trouble with the LMH1980 HD BAR signal. Sometimes it will not switch with an input change. They currently use this pin state along with switching the capacitor in and out of the front end as detailed in the datasheet. They have verified this behavior on several units.
fCO=2.79 MHz exactly as in the data sheet and they get good H and V regardless of the HD BAR signal. The issue is that the HD BAR signal is wrong a good deal of the time. It sticks low just as often as it sticks high. It just won't change states a good deal of the time.
Is this a known issue? Please advise.
