LMH1981: LMH1981MT/NOPB - Thermal Data

I am preparing a termal simulation of an electronic board where LMH1981MT/NOPB sync extractor will be located. The datasheet only gives information on the junction-to-ambient resistance, but we require also the junction-to-case and the junction-to-board resistances.

How can I get these values or a thermal simulation model?

    These thermal resistance values were not characterized and therefore not available, since there is: (a) no need for a heatsink to attach to the top case, and (b) no exposed thermal pad to interface with the PCB. Given the low device power consumption, there should be no concern of exceeding the max junction temperature when the device is operated over the specified voltage and temperature ranges.
