Hi team,

I'm looking for an RS-232 Transceiver, single Tx/Rx, data rate of 250kbps or higher, and in a QFN package. Main supply voltage down to 3.3V will work.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately we do not have such a solution available today. If a TSSOP package is acceptable instead, though, then TRS3221 would meet these requirements. If QFN is mandatory, you could look at TRS3122E although that device has two transmitters and two receivers.
