PCI2050B: Number of connected slave

Q1, Is it possible that PCI2050B connect up to 16 slave device as shown below ?

Multiple PCI2050B can can create a Bus Hierarchy  to achieve 16 "PCI slaves" (See Figure 3−4 and Figure 3−1 in datasheet for better understanding). One PCI2050B can only connect up to nine secondary bus masters at a time on the secondary PCI bus. 

Q2. According to datasheet, it seems that Parallel data bus is 32 bit. So this device support only 32bit bus, right (Not support 64 bit) ?
