+3.3V power supply is preferable.

    If 5V is possible, the TCAN1042 is the optimal choice. However, since 3.3V power supply is preferable, the TCAN334 is the equivalent. The TCAN334 is only capable of communication speeds up to 1Mbps though, so if you need speeds up to 5Mbps, the TCAN334G is the correct product.
