SN65LVCP15: about 1G optical module application

Hi Dear expert,

Can SN65LVCP15 be used in 1G optical module application. We plan to use in 1G optical module, as a 2:1 MUX.

Can this device support LVPECL level and will the jitter performance meet 1G optical module requirement?

Hi Joyce,
These should be AC coupled.
Please refer to the following app note.

Do you mean AC coupled LVPECL is fine for SN65LVCP15, and this part is also good for 1G optical module use case?
