We would like to read the lock data rate.
Following LMH0324 programming P.11, 4.2 CTLE/CDR Register Page
Thus we follow LMH1219 procedure shown below. However register 0x02 bit [4:3] are always 0, as indicated below. may i have your suggestion how to fix it?
