Hello,

We do not have a guaranteed min spec for this parameter, unfortunately. However, from some of the data I have found for this device, I believe the rise and fall times should be above 1.3 ns.

Yaser, are you saying the propagation delay time is > 1.3ns? (You said rise/fall time >1.3ns.) Thanks.

Sorry. Yes; the propagation delays, tpLH and tpHL, should be > 1.3ns (but not guaranteed).
