1/ I want use the HD3SS3220 as converter the USB3.0 to Type-c, if the HD3SS3220 could ok ?

Please see this app note for reference schematic and VBUS power switch recommendation. If you want to interface to a camera and hub, then you are designing a DFP system.

DFP: HD3SS3220 acts as a host

UFP: HD3SS3220 acts as a device

DRP: HD3SS3220 acts as both a host and a device.
