May I know following Parameter due I can not find in datasheet?

Peak pulse current (Ipp) (tp=8/20us or 10/1000us)
Reverse Stand-Off Voltage (VRWM)
Clamping Voltage (Vclamp) (@Ipp=?A)

Additional Information Customer can find parameter in TPD4E001 datasheet.

The TPD4E004 is not designed for surge protection, so it is not characterized against IEC 61000-4-5 surge pulses. If you do want to use this for IEC 61000-4-5 surge, the values will be very low (~2A of 8/20us surge current, <1A of 10/1000uS surge current).

For VRWM, this part has a 5V working voltags.

Hello Alec,

How about Clamping Voltage (Vclamp) (@Ipp=?A)? Customer AE still ask for it.

For example: TPD4E001 show VC.

Would you please tell help us?

Kami,
It shows the clamping voltage to be 17V for a surge pulse of Ipp=5A.

The other clamping voltages will depend on what VCC you connect to the device. Typically VCC is 5V
