Whats the default pin state of the IOs in TCA9534 after power up before any I2C configuration?

Please refer to Table 3 on page 19 of the current datasheet for the default values of each register. If you have any further questions just let us know.

Hey Bala,

The datasheet provides this information on Table 3:

Because Configuration is set to 0xFF, the IO ports are HI-Z inputs. Input port state is undefined because there are no pull ups/pull downs internally to reference them.
