With an SFP module driving the signals into the TLK1221, can you confirm that the correct termination should be the R-R-C termination in figure 12 of the datasheet on page 14? The SFP modules should have the AC series capacitors, so I want to confirm that the external 100-Ohm termination shown is correct as shown.
