what is the function of SN75LV4737A at TUSB3410 EVM ?

is it a must add in the EVM design for SN75LV4737A if we have other RS232 transceiver such as GD75232 ?

Hi Ray,

SN75LV4737A serves as the interface between TUSB3410 and the RS-232 connector. I do not recommend using GD75232 as a replacement for SN75LV4737.
