DS125BR401A: question on the EQA1 pin 19

DS125BR401A Datasheet Table 6: A-Channel Equalizer Settings, shows N/A for this pin.  Apparently it is no longer used? This is confusing. Why wasn't it labelled a no connect like Pin 23?

Plus the reference design schematic (sheet 12 in DS125BR401AEVM UG) shows a DS125BR800, not a DS125BR401A. Again, confusing. Comparing the DS125BR401A pinout to the DS125BR800 pinout, I think I have this figured out, but is there a schematic that shows the DS125BR401A and not the DS125BR800?

    Hi Thomas,

    On the DS125BR401A pin 19 is not used.  All the equalization settings for the A-side inputs are controlled with EQA0 (pin 20).

    The evaluation board was designed to accept either device.  The schematic connections to all the DS125BR800 or DS125BR401A pins should be identical.
