1. for C19/C20/R6 below, what's the recommended placement? currently C19/20 is near Dout+/-, R6 is near FAKRA, is it OK?
2. for the routine of DOUT+/-, is it OK that just Vias not exceed 2 for each line?

Hi,
yes, it is accepted. you can refer to TI's DS90UB953 d/s which includes one example on FPD-Link layout.

For #2, datasheet only mentioned 2 vias on power plane, so I'm still not sure on the routine of signal line ( Dout+/-) .
For the vias on Dout+/- routine, if we can make sure vias is below 2, then it should be OK, right?

both are ok, including item2.
for high speed layout, if the connector soldering point is in the contrary side of FPD-Link device, the two vias layout is recommended.
