May I know when TS3USB221 VCC off the I/O pin is like Hi-Z?

May I know when TS3USB221 EN=Low, the I/O pin is like Hi-Z?

If not, please let me know the impedance when Vcc off and EN=low.

when Vcc is off, all IO pin in Hi-Z.

when Vcc is on, OE is high, all IO in I-Z, when OE is low, one channel is on, another channel is off (Hi_Z)
