Need your help guys. One of our customer looking for the Maximum Junction Temp (deg C) as well as the Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (deg C/W) for the following part numbers:

    Please post these as separate requests for tracking.   Different devices have different responsible owners.  It will be difficult to  track to resolution if not separated.

    This post can represent the SN55LBC175.

    BTW, you are asking for some devices that are competitors.   Please revise the list before posting.

    Here is my quick assessment:

    For the SN55LBC175,  Absolute Max Tj is 150.   This is true for virtually all TI devices.

    The Thermal metrics will need to be modeled.  This process takes around 2 weeks.

    These parts are not visible on TI website so i was not able to confirm if they are TI or not.

    If it isn't shown in the datasheet, then it probably means we currently do not have it and it would be necessary to have it generated.

    Wade is out of the office for the next week, but I checked and see that Wade has put in a request for the SN55LBC175 and SN55LVDS31.  The expected date for the data is the middle of August.
