Hi Team,

Customer is using TUSB8044A EEPROM Programmer Utility for the FW update.

Now, customer would like to pre-program the EEPROM on the factory side.

Would you please recommend on how to generate the binary file from text file? or what is the way we usually suggest?

HI JMMN,

thanks. if customer would like to use the third party tool to program the EEPROM first, do you know the usually EEPROM programmer can use the txt format or not?

It will vary depending on the tool. They customer should be able to use the hex portion of the txt file for programming.
