TPD12S521: LV_Supply Voltage Range

Hi Interface Team,

for the TPD12S521 at the LV_SUPPLY connection (Pin 2), in the datasheet there is a operating voltage suggestion of 3.3V (in chapter 7.3 and 7.5). Why is in chapter 9.2.1 a suggestion of 1.7V to 1.9V? How strong is the operating voltage V_LV? And is the 10 kOhm resistance between V_LV and LV-Supply necessary?
