DP83867IR: DP83867IR: Compliance test(1000 Base-T, Difference A,B Peak Output Voltage) failed

Hi team,

My customer made 1000BASE-T compliance test with his own board which is equipped with DP83867IR. (64-QFP device ,DP83867IRPAP)
As a result, the A and B peak voltage test ok,but the 1000 Base-T, Difference A,B Peak Output Voltage test failed.

I would like to know how to fix this failed.

Hi,

Given it is high speed interface, layout and external component also plays a significant role. Kindly ask customer to recheck the external components, layout is inline with guidelines given for DP838867.

We check the schematics and layout but it seem there no problem.Please take a look at attached file for the details.

In addition, ESD has been removed

If possible, could you please check the customer's layout to find the issue?
