SN65LVDS180: difference between SN65LVDS180PWRQ1 and SN65LVDS180PWRG4Q1

Part Number: SN65LVDS180

I'm trying to identify the difference between the SN65LVDS180PWRQ1 and SN65LVDS180PWRG4Q1 parts listed on the SN65LVDS180 datasheet.  The lead finish is identical in the datasheet as Cu NiPdAu.  There are no identifiable differences in the datasheet "Packaging Information" section.
