MAX3223: Regarding current consumption

Part Number: MAX3223

Hi,

Is the temperature change the reason why the maximum current consumption during auto powerdown is 10μA?

Or individual variation?

Best regards,

  • I'm not sure I understand your question. Yes, the Icc of auto powerdown mode could vary with the temperature. 10uA maximum in the datasheet is consider over the recommended range (0-70c for MAX3223C and -40-85c for MAX3223I). Please let me know if you have more questions.

    Regards,

    Hao.
